Beth Crane - Board Chair
Beth has over 10 years of fundraising and donor relations management experience in both the political and nonprofit sectors. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter in Northern Virginia.
Beth Frigola McGinn - Director
Beth is a seasoned expert in public affairs and media relations. Before her role at American Road and Transportation Builders Association, she worked as press secretary for members of Congress and served as communications director for the House Judiciary Committee. Beth co-founded A Cure for Ellie, now Cure LBSL, and is Ellie’s mom.
Edward Blakey - Director
Ed is a retired attorney in Missouri. He practiced law at the prestigious law firm of Lashly & Baer in St Louis, where he specialized in school law and civil litigation. After retiring early due to health reasons, he practiced part-time pro bono criminal and traffic law in Columbia, Mo. He lives independently in the home he built for himself to accommodate the limitations imposed by LBSL. He enjoys sports, volunteering in civic activities and spending time with Dawn, his life partner of 15 years.
Lance Stern - Director
Lance is managing director at DigMEE Partners, an e-commerce consulting firm based in Southern California. He and his wife, Morgan, have four children, two of whom are impacted by LBSL.
Chris Gulugian - Director
Chris is vice president of enterprise sales at Cross Screen Media. Over the years he has served as a strategist and consultant to numerous high-level political campaigns across the country. Chris and his family of three live in Northern Virginia.
Megan Mitchell - Director
Megan previously served in high-level communication positions within the federal government, including as press secretary to the U.S. Vice President and communications director for the U.S. Senate Majority Leader. Megan lives in New Mexico with her family and holds an elected post on the Cimarron County School Board.
